First, I'd like to say Happy Father's Day to all you cool dad's out there! Especially to Doug - the best one I know!
7 more days until camp!
Oh my gosh! I cannot wait until we leave. I am so ready for a break from the ordinary and to experience the extraordinary. I am amazed at God's love, mercy and grace...at His hand over my life. I am so very thankful for all that HE continually does in my world.
This morning I had the honor to teach some of our world changers! I am astonished at the amount of knowledge these kids have. They are going to rock this world...mark my words. God is preparing and raising a generation like no other. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of what's going on...my life is so blessed by these amazing students!
I guess my question is "what am I expecting from camp?" If you are going, "what are you expecting?"
Father, bless these students. Teach them from Your heart. Let this summer be a summer they never forget. A transformation summer where there's no turning back from Your call. Let it be the summer that life will never be the same from Your touch...Your love being poured into their lives... I love You Father and am ever grateful for the opportunity to see Your work in progress. Thanks for teaching me through each one of these students! And then there is camp...Jesus, show up in a massive way at camp. Reek havoc on satan's deceiving thoughts, his plans and his hold on our youth. Wreck his plans, Lord! Tear down walls of insecurity, bust through gates of shame, break shackles of abuse...POUR YOUR LOVE OUT! Let girls see their beauty! Let everyone receive so much Lord that they ooze Your presence and leave Your fingerprints on every thing they come into contact with at camp and back at home. Let it not be confined to their hearts, but rather let it be explosive! Uncontainable! Let them be nothing less than Your heavenly reflection! I cannot wait to see what You have planned this year! I love You Lord! Be my fortress!

I love it! I just hop that when I'm your age I have just as much passion for God that you do! Keep up the good work, Mrs. Connie! (Gran....) :]
